Bill Zemaitis, Senior Environmental Scientist, is a Professional Wetland Scientist (PWS) and Professional Wetland Delineator (VA). He has about two decades of experience conducting natural resource and endangered species investigations for private and public sector clients, including many transportation and utility projects. Bill specializes in wetlands related projects and regulatory interactions. He holds B.S. and Master's degrees from Penn State University. Bill is an outdoorsman and he and his wife Wendy enjoy traveling, birding and renovating old homes.
